Learn and Master Guitar Setup and Maintenance

May 17th, 2010

There is much more to maintaining a guitar than only tunning alone. They pick it up to play it, tune the strings, and hammer away. Then when they aren’t using it, they just lean it up against the wall and hope that it stays together forever. Problem is, that your guitar requires maintenance, and tune ups, just like a car. Eventually you will run into serious problems with your guitar if you don’t take care of it. I just recently had my favorite guitar that I have had since I was 14 break because I didn’t maintain it properly. Most people assume that their guitar will always work, but the fact is that you need to take care of it so it lasts.

First off, what do you think you know about guitar maintenance and setup? And if you know the same amount that I know, then you definitely need help figuring things out. Before I was told about Learn and Master Guitar Setup and Maintenance by Greg Voros, I couldn’t decide what to do. I really had no idea what half of the junk was on my guitar, and what I should adjust. Turns out I was even putting my strings on incorrectly, and it was causing their lifespan to be very, very short! You will find both acoustic and electric guitar lessons inside the 3 DVD’s included.

For what reason should you count on Greg Voros when it comes to guitar? Greg Voros is actually a master guitar tech at Gruhn Guitars, since 2005. Since Greg has worked on 1,000′s of guitar in his career, I think we can safely say he knows his stuff. In the lessons, you get to see how truly much of an expert that he is and he describes everything he does in great detail while he works on the guitars. You’ll find on screen key points, multiple zoom camera angles, and just good old high quality video. If you don’t believe me,then go read the Learn and Master Guitar Setup and Maintenance review.
